Sarasota County Hurricane Prepareness
Hazardous Tree Removal

As part of our being prepared for hurricane season your  board
will be reaching out to homeowners who have dead trees and/or
large dead limbs and branches to require their removal.  Trees which 
are compromised pose dangerous conditions to our neighborhood
Please also note that Florida Law requires removal of dead trees as part
of preparation for the season.  If you are asked by a board member to
make these property changes, please know that we are required to do
so and please comply

A special thanks to Ray and Elinor Uhlhorn 
for their efforts to improve the bulletin board appearances
by painting the posts.  They have also made plans
to  paint the curbs at each entrance.  If you are 
able to lend a hand in painting, please reach out to them.
Also, Ray recently completed an assessment of the roads and their
conditions.  He believes that the roads are in good shape although we will
need some patch work on Killdeer Circle.  The board will be in touch with the
company who previously patched the roads.
We appreciate that they have given of their time and talents.
